With such direct access to the coutryside you wouldnt have to start your car for the entirety of your stay.. there are numerous trails to take from the hotel and if you’re feeling extra adventurous bring your Canicross gear – the forests above Betws are renowned for CaniX training and we’re even home to own national event which is held every November Betws Trail Challenge

For a more leisurley stroll try the Artists Walk along the river Llugwy, as well as stunning scenery there’s always a watering hole available for your four legged friend. The walk loops around the Gwydyr Forest back down into the village – or take the longer hike up to Ty Hyll and then down to Swallow Falls – fair weather makes this a perfect afternoon for picnics and lots of forest bathing…
