Our drinks selection

With the burgeoning artisan craft industry here in Eryri we have a great selection of gins from local independent small batch distilleries. From the acclaimed & mystical Afallon distillery, which uses water from it’s 200 year old well, to the musically inspired hand crafted MeryWen flavoured with hand foraged hedgerow botanicals. Looking for something spicy – try Barti Ddu spiced rum infused with Pembrokeshire seaweed for a truly maritime flavour.

With a nod to our mixologists we have seasonal cocktail lists which use local flavours and spirits – Cocktail Menu

Our wine list features old and new world wines especially chosen to accompany the flavours that our menus offer – Wine List

And of course our legendary hot chocolates are served all year no matter the weather!
