Our drinks selection
With the burgeoning artisan craft industry here in Eryri we have a great selection of gins from local independent small batch distilleries. From the acclaimed & mystical Afallon distillery, which uses water from it’s 200 year old well, to the musically inspired hand crafted MeryWen flavoured with hand foraged hedgerow botanicals. Looking for something spicy? Try Barti Ddu spiced rum infused with Pembrokeshire seaweed for a truly maritime flavour.
With a nod to our mixologists we have seasonal cocktail lists which use local flavours and spirits – Cocktail Menu
And of course our legendary hot chocolates are served all year no matter the weather!
